YOUR JOURNEY OF RECOVERY BEGINS HERE

You have made a major decision that your life is not working and that it is time for a change.
As your recovery coach, I will be a guide and supportive mentor, helping you to achieve your goals of long-term recovery,
and live a life beyond your wildest dreams!

Consultation

The first step to assess the coaching fit, is to set up a free one-hour complimentary phone call. After that, we will set up a schedule to meet either in person, via Skype, FaceTime, or by phone. Initially, we will meet weekly for one month and then every two weeks for the next two months. This can be adjusted depending on your individual needs at that time.

Action Plan

“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”  Each session will start and focus on the issues you want to address. I will work with you and support you in your recovery journey. We will work on an action plan, and then implement the steps necessary to achieve your desired outcome.


 

Types of issues that we will work on include:

 

Relapse Prevention: Learning effective coping mechanisms for dealing with urges/triggers and recognizing warning signs as they show up.

 

Negative Self-Talk: identifying negative inner dialogue, the “itty-bitty committee” and sabotaging belief systems, and learning effective ways to silence them and move forward in the recovery process.

 

Shame: Learning the relationship between shame and guilt and addiction, and understanding their impact, while increasing self-love.

 

Perfectionism: Learning how to set realistic standards that are not costly to your mental and physical health, prioritizing your tasks, and creating realistic schedules with manageable steps.
